Life in the Midwest United States in the 19th century was hard. Few people were well off. It seems that real estate offices secured land loans back then. Perhaps life was simpler. This rough, rustic building was the place to go for land and loans.
Newly retired, Judy Hall-Folde has turned her attention to focus on her creative side. While she loved teaching, Judy is now adding to her knowledge of photography, writing (recently published a children’s book ISBN9781462645268) and looking back to where she started with pencil, oils and maybe even watercolor! Her wonderful husband, who creates beautiful rustic wood picture frames, her children and grandchildren are what motivates all that is good in her!
