I have been trying to get a proper upload on a new design that sports a vivid color but it keeps looking like rubbish in the preview. The color is a pure magenta, but its turning out very greyed, dark, and dull in the preview. Very frustrating… any suggestions? Thanks a lot everyone!
I wanted to see if I could get some peoples opinions on a subject that has come to concern me of late… I am a freelance designer and I have got most of my clients, thus far, through word of mouth/verbally, but I have recently thought of publicly advertising my website. Any insights/ideas about the best place to advertise (design/art hotspot? yellowpages/yellowpages.com? search engines?) Anyway, any information or insight on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Also, got some new design prints coming out soon (hopefully something you will all like)….
I was wondering if I could get some opinions from my fellow redbubble users as to whether or not it would be pertinent or not to add graphic prints to my shop. It seems like most everyone posts photographs (which is indefinitely the best seller) but I was wondering if anyone has had success selling their graphic prints or if anyone is interested in buying design prints? Thanks for your help and support.
I have just recently finished and published my new website. It is a completely new design and now features a blog section (which also serves as my new front page). I have also cut out a lot of my older designs, photographs, etc. and only kept what I feel is some of the best works (no more than six works per section). Anyway, if you get a chance, stop by my new website and let me know what you think. And as always, thanks everyone for the continued support, it is really appreciated :)
I am planning on releasing a new series of shirts/art posters that is in a completely different style than I usually follow. They are still vectors (just can’t seem to get away from Illustrator) but are tracings of some sketched collage’s, so they feel very personal. I have been wanting to explore this style for a while but have been afraid/lazy when it comes to hand drawing things out on paper… Anyway, I hope you like what you see, but more importantly, I hope that you leave feedback/criticism because that is such an important aspect when making artistic explorations. Also, I wanted to thank everyone for your wonderful comments so far, I haven’t been with RB very long but I already feel like a member of this community; it has been a wonderful experience for me. I woke up this morning and decided to check out things on redbubble, I love checking out the new featured works. I login so I can leave some comments, and I find that I MADE A SALE!! Woohoo! This is so exciting, if whoever bought the shirt reads this, make sure you leave me some feedback on how well you like it after you receive it!! Thanks everyone.
