There’s always something new at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, Tucson, Arizona, USA. New to what used to be the marguay exhibit is this playful raccoon. It had just eaten and was playing with a ball when we first saw him. After putting it into his empty food bowl, he started climbing around in the trees. In a short time he came right over to the window as if to say “hi.”

Taken with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ100. I always take a new camera to the Desert Museum for my test drive. It definitely passed.

Your camera passed with flying colours – this is just lovely

  • I was nervous about the camera. The first few reviews on Amazon.com were very negative, but I’ve had two Panasonics previous to this one and they haven’t disappointed. This combines features from the FZ35 and my favorite FZ50, plus a lot more.
