While going through my downtown Tucson photos to make a slideshow, I came across this one. It screamed out at me, “Why aren’t I on RedBubble?” I answered, “Because I broke the Rule of Thirds when I shot you.” But frankly, I don’t know how else I could have taken this. It is the underneath of one of the floors of the very colorful La Placita in downtown Tucson, Arizona, USA.
Photographed with a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28.

There comes a time when the Rule of Thirds just doesn’t work. A gal’s gotta do what a gal’s gotta do. Thanks for identifying the image. I never would have guessed. Barb
thank you very much, Barbara. One of those subjects that you see out of the corner of your eye and say “Hey, that might work.”
what a shot, this is an instant favorite, the colors are just insane, the composition is even wilder, wow, stunning image, it has so much depth and texture, I want to touch it….. the longer I look at it the more I feel like sitting down on this bench of color creation and architecture, absolutely brilliant, LOVE LOVE IT
Thank you so much, Maggie! I’m so glad it yelled at me. People are loving it.
