This is the wonderful Batman Bridge in northern Tasmania, and in the foreground is a lovely Irisbus tour coach operated by McDermott’s Coaches.
This photograph was taken on the 18th of April 2010 on the 2010 Tasmanian Bus Enthusiasts’ Tour which took in many sights of interest to “bus nuts” in and around Launceston.
This bus was dubbed by the passengers “Busnut Express #2”, Busnut Express #1 being the Mercedes coach in which the Hobart contingent travelled up from Hobart.
Taken with a Fujica ST705 SLR with a 55mm Fujinon M42 lens on Fujichrome Sensia 100 slide film and scanned on an Epson V700 flatbed scanner.
