This is another shot I took this afternoon (11 July 2010) while walking around Hobart, of the Menzies Research Institute building on the corner of Campbell and Liverpool Streets in Hobart, Tasmania.
This is an interesting building that has sparked much discussion in Hobart owiing to its unusual architechture. This shot exaggerates the perspective slightly, but the lines are not straight, nor the corners square. This uilding was designed to leave a lasting impression on the viewer, and love it or hate it, one cannot argue against the fact that it does just that!
