Shame but the way of old commercials. Nice Image. – Ted
True…all too common. This particular one may live again however…I am trying to chase down a complete rust free cab for one of these that I have heard about, from a truck that was cut in half to power a sawmill. If I can get the good cab I will be getting this truck and swapping the cab to bring it back to life…it still runs and is occaisionally used for bring in firewood from the owner’s back paddock!

like the old building behind this old dodge well done
Thankyou! I spotted it while helping a friend collect an old Holden from the property. It really appealed to me as a subject, and the old building fits in well… My parents had one of these as a daily driver when I was a young child, and I remember it slowly rusting away on the farm as I grew up, with shrubs growing up through the floor…I wish I had photos of it to post on here, but at the time I never though to take any, and my camera at the time was a pocket camera shooting 110 film, so they wouldn’t bee terribly good if I had any…
It’s not mine…but I might be going back to grab hold of it maybe…I know where it is, just trying to find a better cab, got a mate trying to get hold of a cab from one that was cut in half to power a sawmill…if he can grab it for me I will get this truck probably.
