Wow! That is unique! Love the blurred background colors and how crisp the leave is. Is this caught (per the title) on something or did you spend a day waiting for this to fall so perfectly? :-)

Thanks for the comments. This was just one of those unexpected bonuses when out filming in the Japanese gardens. The fall colors were stunning.

That leaf has so many facets … I see a man’s head at the top, like a sumo wrestler. Middle is two eyes and a mouth with a mangled tongue hanging out of it … top shot!

Thanks so much for your comments! Fall is my favorite time of year for picture taking. I especially love it when the wind just gently picks up the leaves and drops them to the ground. The Japanese gardens are an incredible place for photographers.
