It sure doesn’t look like Hell Deon. Gorgeous landscape, well worth the trip to Hell and back. What are those plants in the foreground??
Hjalti Hjartarson
I am not very fond of HDR mostly becouse it often destroys a good photo in a way.
You might have a nice photo under there but I think the HDR is too much.
Halcyon007
What a gorgeous place, and what a great shot. Looks like you had a weekend and a half!
You’re setting your standards a tad too high Deon, this is FANTASTIC – I just love the shadows from the cloud in the background

Hey Deon, I too am only just discovering the fabulous (IMHO) world of HDR.
I think in this one you fell into a trap like I did. Oversaturation of colour. Mel Brackstone pointed it out to me and ever since I have tried not to oversaturate. Mel’s pics are awesome and I am trying to emulate her. I’d love to see this image posted again with the colour levels toned down a touch, because I think it has great potential.
Cheers
