On a cold and misty night, I foolishly allowed the dog to settle on the bed for a brief moment – and settle she did! Her head perfectly posed upon the pillow, she snuggled beneath an old dressing gown, and looked set for the night … but I’m not that stupid! Bad luck dog, off to your own bed (:
That is so gorgeous. My mum’s dog is this spoilt he gets tucked into his own bed on the floor with his own pillow and a blanket over him.
Weeeellllllll … she does in fact have a pillow, near her bed on the floor, and she CAN almost always arrange it so that her head is resting on it, rather than on the floor … and I DO keep the combustion stove burning at night for her …while I shiver in an unheated bedroom … what more needs to be said lolol

this is awesome, but my golden does get into bed herself especially in the winter months, i think its hilarious, all my animals sleep on the bed with me!!! really delightful image!!!
I let her sleep with me the other night, and she was fine until about 3.30 … then she wriggled, farted, stuck her elbows out, grunted, burped, and so it went on till about 5.00, at which time I booted her out to her own bed, and have now vowed that NO MATTER how cute she looks, she isn’t sleeping with me ever again LOL
This is so cute and most of us animal lovers can relate to it easy … The other morning I got up and my daughter was asleep with Bailey our Lab Sassy her little Jack Russel and Charley and Chloe the cats …Now that is a lot of bodies sleeping in or on one bed My daughter was not doing so well either she was all but hanging out the side …LOL … Of course my first thought was to grab the camera … Her fist thought when she woke up was to move out and have no pets …LOL …This shot of yours is GREAT …Love it.

I’ve got an old paper pic of my three dogs (two Dalmatians and one huge Labrador, plus four cats, all sleeping on my bed! Once I work out how to scan it, I might post it – sounds just like your house!!!
