This was the very last piece of the yummiest new treat I have yet to discover! Dehydrating bananas slowly in the oven, creates drippings…. usually they burn on… BUT this time, though, I was inspired to scrape the goo off the tray – earlier! and came up with this beautiful yellow amber gel that is sweet, but not too sweet, with a tinge of nana flavour! YUM! It was even given the thumbs up by a restrained skeptic! Jelled gold!
