This piece comes from my disappointment in the current government here in the USA and how they have strayed too far into neoconservative extremism. Lets hope for a change soon!

Blind Patriotism was created using Photoshop and Poser. It combines four of my own photos, two 3D modeled objects and one drawing. The two 3D objects are of vacant suits with hands that have been layered into the image. The one drawing, is of an atomic explosion which has also been incorporated into the image using a layer blending mode. The background texture is made up of 4 different layered and manipulated photos (close up images of natural textures) that I have used layer blending modes to create the background texture and color. © 2008
