Thoughts on self improvement and making a difference

I baby watch.
They are just like birds after-all.
Their little eyes dart at every movement, taking in the world around them,
quizzical little creatures.

And that’s how they learn, watching how the big people go about their business.
And some will hear security and encouragement.
And some will hear violence and disparagement.
And as they grow some will witness God’s love through the love they observe and experience.
Others will hear the blame and the blasphemy put onto God from the big people as they land in the consequences of their own actions.

Can you hear it now – the voices of discord – the little arguments on the defensive blown into battles, and the blame thrown back and forth and why can’t God fix it all?
There it is, that God word again. Non believers too, without acknowledgement of spiritual presence and the Word of God’s rules to live by say
‘God help me’ ‘God why don’t you do something about this world’ ‘God you’re to blame for the decline in health, loss of income, the breakdown of relationships etc’

Could it occur to big people as they develop and decision make, to say
" I’m responsible " ?

Dear God, for the sake of humanity I hope so, and by the way, thank you God for what you do have on offer to learn by. I pray that through your word I’ll do my best, and make a difference in the world.

Yep, God gets blamed for most everything…and when things go right, people seem to think they did it all by themselves without the Grace of God. Great read, Del; thank you. xox

All I can think of is we are our brother’s keeper, and of course raising children is our great responsibility. Everyone has their own version of God, but I understand your write, no matter the religious aspect. Let us take responsibility for our actions, without blame and let it be for the good of us all and this world we live in. And Amen sister. I keep saying that today. Great write Del. : )))
    Warm hugs, shar xoxoxooxoxoxo
