I’m a photographer based in Glasgow, I’ve always loved taking images since getting my first Canon compact camera in the early 90’s. I started taking photography seriously in 2007 after purchasing my second DSLR and a few Canon lenses. My main subjects i’m passionate about photographing are: Landscape, Wildlife & Nature, Birds, Cityscape night and Architecture.
I like my photographs to look as natural as possible and only do basic post-processing in Canon’s RAW conversion software.

It’s amazing how you got such a good exposure!!! The snow is pure white and the dog’s fur is just perfect! (Not mentioning the pose the moment and composition :) ) Could you give some more technical details about the shot? :)

    Thanks for the comments everyone.

I captured this photograph of Loki while she was playing in a field with her ball(Someone else was throwing it).
It was also quite a dull day as the snow had just freshly fallen.

    I used my Canon 40d & Canon 400mm f5.6 L lens @ f6.3, 1/1000, ISO 100 and used 0.3 exposure compensation. I also adjusted (+) the exposure of the RAW file a little more in Canon’s DPP.
