Heart Strings by

I don’t let anyone tug on my heart strings except me.

The chordae tendineae, or heart strings, are cord-like tendons that connect the papillary muscles to the tricuspid valve and the mitral valve in the heart.

I love this! I found your post about 8 hard things to do to love your body. Having lost 122 pounds on rx pills and now having regained it again, I am inspired to ditch all of the size 12 clothes that I only wore for about 4 weeks, but which have lived in my dresser for two years. I have about 4 items of clothes that fit and I hate that.
