Because I’m well chuffed at my latest cupcake making efforts!! It’s my friend’s birthday party tonight, and in celebration of our love for zombies I made her delicious brain cakes!
Now, I’m not the world’s best cook, actually… it really stresses me out. But I decided that my best buddy was worth it.
The cupcakes are made from a vanilla cupcake recipe out of the Crapabble Bakery’s cookbook (they’re in Melbourne and I’d looooove to visit!); the icing is just a can of Betty Crocker’s white chocolate icing with about 50 drops of red food colouring (it wouldn’t go any redder dammit!); and the brains are made from marzipan with strawberry topping drizzled over them.
