before i saw this i didn’t like paisley at all.
in russian ‘paisley’ is called ‘огурцы’, which means ‘cucumbers’, of course.

I actually found a whole heap of henna designs with paisley in them and then I found a “how to” for henna artists and it really inspired me. The actual paisleys are my own design, put together with the little mehandi symbols.
