They tell me to act like a lady
Yet they want me on my knees

A lady doesn’t spit, she swallows.
A lady shouldn’t bare bruised thighs
A lady shouldn’t kiss her mother with that mouth
So what should a lady do?

a lady does it with grace no matter what it is
she can serve and submit but never be subservient or subjugated
she can kneel in style just as she should stand in style
but never let herself be taken for granted, bullied or denigrated…
mosst of all a lady is true to herself…..
