Twilight Burst
I thought the reflections of the clouds in the wet sand looked like a ‘burst’ from the centre of the image.

The depth is amazing in this capture, love it.

great reflections Heather. I find with these types of shots, it allows you to break “the rules” of placing the horizon in the middle, the touches of scattered seaweed stops it being totally symmetrical and works in the photographers favour…well, my take on it anyway
Shane Walker
nice reflections heather, top job on this.
Robert Elliott
superb colour and reflections, stunning image !!
Heather Hartkamp
I agree John – the 50/50 placement was deliberate when I shot it to create the symmetry of the sky and reflections. After all – ‘rules’ are meant to be broken.
Susan Trigg
Wow, great image!

brian pendrey
outstanding

Great colours and reflections, 50/50 split works in this case. Appears to be tilted to the right though checking the horizon on the larger version shows this is an illusion
