This frog has made its home in a very awkward spot by our fish pond. It’s home is on top of the electric plug that operates the UV light for the pond which was protected by black PVC from the rain. Now frog has created an even damper condition and is being very stubborn about changing residence.

Probably likes the warmth, I used to have a little green frog sitting on one of insulated hot water pipes on our gas heater :)

  • Well, he’s still insisting on squatting rights even though I’ve uncovered his roof. I just hope the power doesn’t short out.

Hehehehe What a character! Frogs love damp spots. I think he just wants attention Elaine. :)) Maybe a big kiss? lol ;))
This is a fabulous capture of him. Excellent detail and DOF and wonderful lighting. Love it!

  • LOL! I won’t be giving out any freebie kisses in his direction. Thanks for your great comment though and the fave.

    Lol, great shot Elaine

  • Thanks Chris. I’m hoping he’ll find a more desirable residence since I’ve uncovered his ‘roof.’ He’s creating a lot of dampness which could short out the electrics.

They know what they like and he looks like he has no intention in leaving.

  • You’re right there. Two of his mates have joined him now.

Too funny… Your little friend is a great capture.

  • Oh Sandra, this little fella really has to take up residence elsewhere, but he won’t move. Thanks for commenting.
