Taken with Canon 7D (Tamron 10-24mm lens) at the Geraldton Marina in Western Australia. Edited in Topaz B&W effects.
This traditional Dutch vessel is a replica of the longboat used by Francisco Palseart and 47 others to sail in 1629 from the wreck of the Batavia in the Abrolhos Islands to Jakarta, Indonesia, a voyage of 1500 nautical miles.

How I would have loved to have seen this when I was in Geraldton a few weeks ago.
You may have been there the same time as me then. It’s sitting in the marina Eve, if you’re up there again.
