Canon 450D (Tamron lens 10-24mm)
3 bracketed RAW exps processed in Photomatix and adjusted in Topaz Adjust.

This is the scene that curtailed my usual doggy walk yesterday and today after the recent heavy rain. My local footbridge was totally inaccessible yesterday and the situation is much the same today although I could at least walk to the edge of the bridge today.

WOW Elaine, this is quite amazing. How high is that bridge above the usual water level? Also I am trying to place it – has it been there long because darned if I can remember it.
    Take care

  • Hi Peter, I don’t know exactly how high the bridge is, but at a guess I’d say about 10 ft. from the water at the higher end. It was built about 3or 4 years ago to replace the one that got washed away in the 1980’s floods.
