Growing wild in my backyard in Bridgetown, WA.
This tomato plant just popped up amongst a wood pile from a stray seed. It has survived a very hot, West Australian summer without any watering and we had no rain for 3 months! Not only that, the tomatos have not been eaten, or even tasted, by any insects, birds or rats and have suffered no disease of any kind. Needless to say we are saving some seeds for the next season’s planting. By the way, they also taste pretty good, just like tomatoes actually.
