This Rose of Sharon tree/bush grows to about 10 ft each season despite being pruned right down to the ground after flowering. The blooms begin life as white flowers and then turn to pink before dying, so the bush is constantly a mixture of pink and white blooms whilst in flower late summer through autumn.
