what a gorgeous shot Mark – you certainly know how to capture these perfectly.
I’m sure you meant it, but the placement of the parent’s hand in the top of the frame is great – almost providing a sense of security while the girl takes in all around her.

Jared – yes, that is what attracted me to make the photo – the symbolism of the scene. It is uncropped :)

Hey Mark – another fantastic image.
Read your e-mail sent to the minimalist group and just want to let you know that I empathise with you. It is sometimes hard to be true to yourself and your values in the face of fierce opposition but I think the thing to remember is that you do these things not to please those around you but because it is your passion. (I didn’t BBmail this to you because I suspect you may be swamped with those;))
