very nice, Mark. My grandmother’s name was Rose May Hosking. I take it as a bit of a tribute to my lovely old gran.

Lovely selective colouring

This pulls on the heart strings Mark. Wonderfully evocative of the love that never dies when a loved one passes.

It was from the second one, Caroline. Glad you like it.
Dare I say – anyone notice the tomb inscription?
Caroline Gorka
I just viewed it ‘large’ – but your watermark is slap bag over it..
I do :))

Roses for Rose! Cool find. Really like the perspective and positioning Mark.

Stunning photo man – the contrasts are beautiful; & not only in the colours/tones but the new growth in front of a seemingly timeless stone.
Great art – I love it..
Lam Tran
Fantastic capture and great perspective only SC work my friend, great composition!!!
Anne van Alkemade
I thought the tomb inscription was the point i.e. placement/perspective of the roses etc.
Revisiting this pic, Mark. I’m not really macarbe or morose, but was going to suggest to the last meet that maybe we could go for a walk through Melb cemetery some time (synchronicity??). There are hundreds of stories there just waiting to be read (and sadly, mostly unread I think).
