A Window to the Soul

He looked into her eyes.
Those huge, blue eyes, so beautiful!
Yet filled with such sadness…
How had she gotten to this point?
Where did she go from here?
He knew there was no way to help her.

Those eyes could tell a million tales…
But her lips won’t move to voice them.

Wow, I love this poem. I truly agree that a persons eyes are a window to their soul. Great job!

Looking into another’s eyes and assessing what we do, to even ask the question how or why might help them in troubled times and perhaps a soul to be born anew.

    Congrats on your feature.
