Nice shot, I’d like to know what is in the background, I shot something similar with the river Tyne in the background
It was my first attempt at a colour separation, keeping the colour of the rusty barbed wire but making everything else black an white.
I agree with previous comments that this would be interesting in b&W

The background is an old rusty metal gate that had fallen off it’s hinges and had been propped up against the fence-posts. The lighter area below was just the far distance which was just a field :)
Might give this a go in b&w and see what it looks like – for now though I have a monochrome barbed wire image here
