Palm Beach is most commonly known to us “Poms” as Summer Bay.
Yep, that’s right it’s the outdoor setting for soap “Home and Away”.
Take the L90 bus from Sydney to get there. ;) An hour and a half away but the views en route are beautiful, and that’s before you even arrive…..

my great grandparents owned a house at Palm Beach and my mother spent many summers staying there. I am born and bred the other side of the harbour…I wish my family still had that house though, how cool would that be?? Great shot…its a classic :)

If you think paradise is in the sea. Personally it reminds me on my youth. Running down from the dunes to the sea. and stop in my tracks because of the jellyfishes. Great shot though
