Amongst the feathers of the morning,
The wisps of vapor intruding my senses,
I found liberty….flying through the sky,
Calling for men and women to follow,
Calling because we all need freedom,
Like the swirling clouds of a summer day,
The curls of water floating high above our heads,
We need to seek that moment when our minds,
Shed the trappings of mere existance,
And climb the steps to God,
As the steps may not exist tomorrow.
Dream, for for dreams are clouds,
Which descend to our starved souls,
And bring us closer to the Creator,
Who gave us the capacity both to dream,
And to seek that which we are given,
But often do not possess….
A wonderfully inspirational image Debra.
