the irony of the word pleasure struck me…it looked anything BUT pleasurable…. cold and sad and lonely on a deserted brighton “beach”……….( I use the word beach lightly!!!!!:) (sorry but I’m from Australia….. :) :)

Such desolation for a pleasure dome. Is that a person far right?

I can’t get a sense of scale with this one, even with the far-off person.

I agree with your ironic appraisal. “Bad beaches, worse weather, cup o’ tea”.

Love everything about this shot. The desolate location, the sad looking building/dome. You have capture that tragic, sad look so well, love the muted green against a washed out day.

  • thank you so much… glad you could see all that.
