The Bilby and the Numbat went to sea in a beautiful pea green boatby Debbie Widmer
The Aim of my new series of watercolour works is to further the public’s awareness and appreciation of Australia’s unique wildlife and the need to preserve wildlife habitat.
In the last 200 years 18 species of mammals have become extinct. 40 species of mammals are now threatened with extinction.
However, population declines can, in some cases, be reversed! Such as the numbat that was saved from extinction
The Bilby & Numbat are both Australian endangered species.
