VERY beautiful and peaceful. You mind me asking where are Jones Falls?

  • Along the Rideau River, it is part of the Rideau canal system. Jones Falls locks are south of Ottawa just before Kingston. It is a series of 4 locks, and there is also a dam built by Colonel By. It is a really nice place to visit in the summer, lots of boats going through.

Thanks Debbie. I travel the 401 towards Ottawa quite a lot. I’ll make sure I look it up and stop there next time. Thanks again. Wonderful photo.
