0ther Black-Eyed Susan photos I sell:

Black-Eyed Susan growing in my yard in Blanchester,0H.

The Black-Eyed Susan is a daisy-like flower with yellow petals and a brownish black center. Rudbeckia hurta, as it is named, is a biennial with a 2 yr life cycle. It blooms in the spring and fall. It grows in the plains and Atlantic states as well as the mid-west. In Ohio it successfully grows in Blanchester, a rural area of Ohio.

This flower is one of my favorite wildflowers not only for its vibrant colors but it is named after my daughter Susan. We always kid and say that it is her flower.
