Wow – watercolours! Is there any medium you haven’t mastered … or should that be “mistressed” :)

Not a mistress of watercolour I find it the hardest medium of all but since I had my week away painting I have been re-discovering them again and probably doing a little better this time round and more importantly I am really enjoying using them although they do take a large amount of planning. I’m finding if I get the basics right then I can experiment within that with the wet-on-wet technique which can create some lovely effects.
