This forest near Barbeton was ravaged by a fire, it left the whole scene looking like snow had fallen overnight with the ash lying on the ground.

I Painted this for my son after he admired the photo I took.

    Mariaan.. it really looked like snow….. those poor trees. Don’t think this forest survived! The air was still thick with burn!!!!
