I began taking pictures at a young age with disposable cameras, and continued on into my teens, still with disposable cameras, rolls and rolls and rolls of film. . .
I would buy packs of them with my part time job money in high school, and develop them with on the weekend trips to wal- mart :)
I finally recieved a compact kodak digital for christmas at age 19 from my mom, I then bought a film camera, Fuji Film circa 1980, that takes great photos when I smack it hard enough! No joke. Then again another compact digital, canon for christmas at age 22, and then just recently received a canon digital, not compact but quite fancy from a dear friend, and I absolutely adore them all, but my LG smart phone has taken some of my favorite photos ironically. . .
I got the great opportunity to work as a Photographer for Life Touch Photography, the largest National Portrait Company in the United States. I have taken thousands of portrait photographs of students and school faculty . . . and portrait photography remains my favorite type of photography. . . next to landscapes, and fashion photography. . .
I aim to capture anything that evoked great feeling in me, in hopes my photography will resonate with or at least make my viewers Think in some abstract or novel way they haven’t yet.
