Bearded dragons vary widely in colour, including brown, grey, reddish-brown, red, yellow, white, orange, and sometimes green. They are capable of undergoing moderate changes in the shade of their colour to help regulate temperature.

I have known a few bearded dragons in my time but I definitely prefer this one Dean……………I love its colour……………….is it sitting on someones shoulder or do you have a knitted posing post…………………there is no answer to that………………haha……………….how big is it by the way…………………and does it bite……………………I await this information while I sit in the sun………………not often I can say that to an Aussis who is sitting in the rain…………….Joyce……………..x
haha joyce … yeah definately sitting on someones shoulder, they passed him around to a few of us. hes not that big, probably about a foot long. when he was behind the glass he was an ugly brown but turned yellow with all the excitement when let out, hes quite awesome. thanks joyce, hope ur having a good weekend … me a very lazy one !

Amazing looking creature Dean. Bet they’re fascinating to watch. See this was at Alice Springs. That’s about the centre of the continent isn’t it. Very dry and hot I believe. Would be like Mars to me. Cheers. Tony.
yeah they are awesome, i love them haha. alice is pretty much the centre tony. so its very vast and full of desert creatures like this guy. lots of dingoes and kangaroos too. i was there in winter and it was bloody freezing but in summer its unbearably hot. no one visits there in summer. thankyou mate !
