close your eyes. what do you hear? how did you ‘see’ what you heard? what you don’t see is more important than the tangible material that you can touch. it’s called faith (believing without seeing) living with faith can make all obstacles easier to deal with and/or allow you to find a ‘new’ way to live with them. when you finally have a time (even if it’s only for a minute) that ‘your’ world is calm, take the opportunity to reflect on what is changing around you. it’s not all bad, in fact, some changes can be therapeutic, even if for a short while. who knows, maybe some of those short whiles can last longer if you start sooner. laugh often-it’s good for your smile.
