I started my intrest in photography at age 11 while watching my dad’s high school students develop and print their own photos. That interest grew to the point where in 2001, at my wife’s suggestion, I started doing photography seriously and as a business.

I am a Certified Professional Photographer and member of PPA, PPC, NCPP and NAPP. I also have a Commercial Photography endorsement with my CPP.

Most recently I was selected as Member of the Year (2009) by the Northern California Professional Photographers as I completed my term as president of that organization.

I present and teach workshops on photography and Photoshop, as well as do presentations for other photographic organizations.
