oh, and viewed large the detail is spot on..
this would make me want to be visitor # 3 million and 1

  • Dan Biggins replied

Wow, thanks Paul – I’m hugely flattered as always by your kind words and thrilled you like it! It’s been sitting on my hard drive for a little while and the original was a little flat, so had a bit of a tweakfest this afternoon and came up with this, which hopefully shows the Eye in a different light…thanks once again.

It’s always good to leave an image that you’re not sure about and come back to it later… especially when you come up with something like this!

I relate to having an image for awhile, thinking it is ordinary and then later seeing its potential. That has happened to me. Well done. I like the processing and composition.

  • Dan Biggins replied

Thanks Alex-I’ve been revisiting quite a few shots lately that I felt were initially uninspiring. As my knowledge grows and technique develops, the potential of certain images begin to reveal themselves. Thanks for looking.
