I’m a photographer, web designer and musician based in East Dulwich, London, England.
My first ever camera I received was a Polaroid, which I was given for Christmas when I was around seven years of age – I loved the fact that the picture would appear before your very eyes within a matter of minutes. In fact, I guess that’s why I love digital photography so much, although nowadays the results are even quicker.
Growing up, I always knew that I loved photography, but I never really knew why I loved photography. I had no idea about composition, lighting, exposure, shutter speeds, apertures…all I knew was that when I saw a photograph I really liked and enjoyed looking at, it would stir something within me.
Photography still has the same effect on me today. Living in London gives me the opportunity to visit some fantastic places and (hopefully) take some amazing photos. Some people might say that ignorance is bliss, but as far as photography is concerned, the more I learn and the more photos I take, the more the passion for this unique artform grows.
You don’t take a photograph, you make it. – Ansel Adams
