LIKE A STORM IN THE DESERT... by

A storm flows over green hills capped in yellow flowers, leaving a trail of runoff from its fury.
You can see it still moving at the side of the screen, not abated a bit!

lnspired by John Denver: Annie’s Song

Painted but not posted pre 2008 in ArtHause Studio Xtra. My absolute fav drawing program.
This work formed the background to the new FEATURED ART BANNER for Fantastic Mixed Art (was Fantastic Primitive Art).

Congratulations on both your features for this one Dandy ! Well deserved and now my wife who is a John Denver fan is wandering around the house singing ’Annie’s Song !

LoL, you chose her: she wasn’t ‘assigned’ to you!
Yes, that’s my favorite song of his, too. I still can’t believe how he ended his life; but who can understand a person one has never met, using only one aspect of his life, music, to try and understand him. Everybody’s has more facets than a diamond… which leads me to remember “Diamonds and Rust” from another fav singer/songwriter. Will you hear this for a week? LoL
    best to you both, Dandy
