How Much Yellow Ribbon Do We Need? by

This is a fractal, Made in Apophysis, finished in Photo Filtre and Kodak Easy Share.
(I love the cotton-candy wispy fractals!)
It was then re-colored in “Photo Filtre”.
I’m looking at this a year after it was made, and I see that yellow and black open section as a portal to home. Maybe a portal out of hellfire back home. . . but home is never quite the same.

I’m never in a rush to ‘publish’ something to the Bub. Have to get acquainted with it first, see what it says…
When I was in uni in the 1960s, I realized we were already in WWIII, and that it was a war of terrorism. It hadn’t hit the US in a big way as yet, but it was there, and it was real. Now it’s here, and it’s still real.

Dayonda … “Dandy”
We’re cat people, living in the US Pacific Northwest. I’m a teacher… with preschool to adult experience. Teaching is something I love as much as cats…

  • You’re right, Leanna. It’s going to be tipped counterclockwise and made into a tee tomorrow or the next day when my brains have returned, lol. (They’re napping now.

Our neighbor is going to have to do a 3rd time in the Army because there aren’t any jobs in Washington State. It’s really hit us hard. Both side neighbors are out of work. And it’s great for employers because they can work them under 40 hrs. per week so they don’t have to pay benefits like insurance on them, and up to 29 days from start date, they can fire them for no reason. I don’t think Washington is alone. It was known for not paying a living wage before this recession. Now the employers that have survived are capitalizing on it.
