For Mago et al: *THE LITTLE OLD LADY FROM PASADENA* by

Featured in the BITS AND PIECES GROUP 24 Aug 2008 (Is this what you expected of my portrait, my friends?)

Jan and Dean sang about her, everybody loved her, no one would ride with her: Let’s have a hand for the _Little Old Lady from Pasadena!_

Li’l ole lady, kids call her Gran,
Li’l ole lady she’s long lost her man.
Li’l ole lady, respectful and kind,
Li’l ole lady, she’s a wonderful find.
Wonderful woman with hair so blue,
but she’s not me. Could she be you?
__________
EXPERIMENTAL BECAUSE this is the first time I’ve drawn this li’l ole lady on a computer. I’ve drawn, painted, and loved her for many, many years on paper, and it was a bit different drawing her onscreen. Besides, with my little computer I had to draw her sideways, then flip her around and make corrections. LOL, obviously her pic was taken with a viewfinder camera, not an SLR, because her feet are cut off!
