    Thanks, Janey. Bet you wish you hadn’t bought up there, often enough!
    I’m at the other extreme, we were within 15’ (abt 3 metres) above the flood line we had in December 2007. It left our buildings alone, but messed up the well water.

    D…..you should make it available as a Poster, then the firies can put it up on walls. It’s just common sense really but it amazes me when new housing developments are built right in the bush here. It’s a recipe for disaster.
