    LOL, wonderful work Dayonda.

  • Dayonda replied

    Thanks, Sharon!!
It’s a fair self-portrait, too. SWL- especially the set jaw!

Brilliant work. I’ve just cut the small lawn at the back of my home and look exactly like this.

  • Dayonda replied

There is a sisterhood to this stuff, isn’t there? Might be time to get one of those remote-control, self-propelled units for your yard. They have ones like the vacuum cleaners that run themselves, too. Except that my husband went out and bought $4k of riding lawnmower, I’d have one of those self-running things. Well, he does 3 yards and is in a wheel chair… but be careful, inso, because you really can ‘do a job’ on your back!

I drew and posted this yesterday, knowing (hoping) it would actually be funny to me today- and it is. Especially the set of the jaw and the determined, stubborn look on the face. It’s all too real!
And, now, if I could roll on the floor and laugh, I would!!

Oh… ouch! I like Dorian Grey’s solutuion, though it got him to a bad place, in Oscar Wilde’s book… lovely card and true words on the side;-)

  • Dayonda replied

    Thanks Gili-
I’ve had a couple of cortisone injections into my spine and they’ve helped. Or maybe it just being wonderful summer weather helped!
    Thanks again- Dayonda
