Swept out to Sea
A lone tree on the South coast of Maui near Lahaina seems to be in danger of being swept out to sea by the ebbing tides at sunset.

Very beautiful, Dawson. And yes, the tree does look in peril for the strength of the water, it’s beautifully turbulent, fully alive. I’m glad you kept the color going right into the uppermost foreground, that we’re a part of the entire skyscape just from viewing we’re in it.
AdamDonnelly

This is beautiful Mike. The water movement is lovely and the colours in the water are just soothing despite the movement – a gorgeous collection of pure white and blue.
Love the way the light creeps through at the side and lights up those interesting collection of rocks to the side, but that tree just tops the whole shot off nicely.
