A Place to Rest
Some of my favorite scenes involve the simplest of elements, I love to find these hidden treasures deep in the woods.
A couple of maples leaves find a momentary place to rest before the surging waters of small stream wash them away.

Awwww…. This is a beauty Dawson. I too feel the simplest is often the most dramatic. I too went out hikng today to gather simple images myself. Beautiful!

A stunning composition! One of the first things I learned about judging photos, is the simplicity of the composition. A judge only has very little time when judging, so composition and impact ect has to be there at quick glance. Lovely work here! :)
