Ok I have a great idea for a t shirt and I cant get the file into the correct format. I am working on a MAC and have jpeg images and I cant figure out how to get them into the right form please help

You should be able to use Photoshop to create a PNG file format.
Or download GIMP. it is free and you can convert it to PNG in it
